Rockwood's Book!
Well, my book is on the verge of being publicly available. It should be ready to go by the second or third week of March. If you're curious, you can check out the book's website at www.SportPsychSchool.com It will be available as both a hardback (for in class use) and paperback (for in home, personal use).

Guest Speaker!
Guess what! I lined up a great speaker for you guys. Kris Keele, a hypnotherapist, will come on May 8th to teach you about how hypnosis can enhance sport performance. She will do some demonstrations and give you some good tools. Now, May 8th is an A-Day, so if any of you B-Day people want to come you will have to let me know so I can excuse you aout of your 3A class.

3-2-1 Lift-off!
This is the launch of the new and improved Sport Psychology course website.
This site will have a lot of important information. If you look to the left, you will see a Google Calendar. I will keep this updaed with Due Dates and other important events.
Above the Google Calendar you will also find a ew imporant links. You can access your grades on SIS through the Nebo District page.
There is also a lot of important class info still on the old class website, located at the "Mr. Rockwood's Homepage" link. This old site eill remain active until I have transfered all of the important stuff to this new one.
